A Math puzzle!

A Math puzzle!
1. Grab a calculator. (you won't be able to do this one in your head)
2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area> code)
3. Multiply by 80
4. Add 1
5. Multiply by 250
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
8. Subtract 250
9. Divide number by 2

Do you recognize the answer?

I THINK THAT NO DEE TO DO ALL THESE THINGS HERE UR ASKING FIRST 3 AND NEXT ASKING LAST 4 THAT MEANS UR ASKING COMPLETE MOBILE NUMBER SO THERE IS NO LOGIC

why are you asking the full number, this dosn't make sense. if you do the caluclaion on first 3 digits then it will a remarkable effort any way this my thinking.

Sorry to inform you that this mathod is failure in Kuwait because we have 8 digits in telephone numberes except area code no.
